This First Method

Step 1: Driving License Print / Downloading Website Official Link : https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/

DL Print / Download for step follow me.

Step 2: In the menu of Online Service, you will get the option of Driving License 

Related Service, click on it

                                               

Step 3: Select the name of your state in this state list, and go ahead.

Step 4: In the menu of Driving License, you will get the option of Print Driving License, click on it

Step 5: Application Number & Date of Birth Enter kare, fir Submit button ko press kare, Fir DL Ka Print Mil Jayega,  Agar  application nahi hai tau niche application number search post ka link mil jayega.

This Second Method

 
DL Extract Button ko press kare.

Continue Button ko press kare.

Enter Driving License Number & Date of birth, Then click on Get DL Details Button.

This is all the details of your driving license, now you can take a print out of it and use it anywhere, there will be no problem, if you want original DL print then you can get it removed by going to RTO office.
